Enjoy the lake view from both the dining room, living room with an air conditioner and enclosed porch area. The knotty pine screened in porch has panoramic views of Lake Huron along with a high top table with 2 chairs and a comfortable day bed / couch with a twin memory foam thick mattress and another mattress underneath. Upstairs has three charming bedrooms and two air conditioners (a king, a queen and a full) along with a half bath. The home has a newly constructed front porch on the west side of the home and new vinyl windows. The remodeled deck on the lake side has a patio table and chairs as well as a bistro table and chairs to enjoy watching the freighters go by while enjoying your favorite beverage and a summer meal! A new stairway leads you down to a platform deck by the lake so you are even closer to the water. Play your favorite games with family and friends in the large yard. Sit around the campfire and roast hotdogs or marshmallows! There is also a swing hanging from a tree for your use. Stunning views await you in this comfortable cottage where you can enjoying being lazy, reading a book or taking a nap. Heaven is a little closer in a 1375 sq. ft. cottage by Lake Huron!!!

April 2022: $250 per night including tax with a two night minimum plus a $135 cleaning fee which includes linens.
May 2022: $275 per night including tax with a two night minimum. Labor Day Weekend has a 3 night minimum. There is a cleaning fee of $135.00 which includes linens.
June 2022: $300 per night including tax with a three night minimum plus a $135 cleaning fee which includes linens.
July and August 2022: $300 per night including tax with a 7 night minimum plus a cleaning fee of $135 which includes linens.
September 2022: $275 per night including tax with a 2 night minimum. Labor Day weekend is $300 per night with a 3 night minimum. There is a cleaning fee of $135 which includes linens
October, November, December 2022: $200 per night including tax with a 2 night minimum plus a $135 cleaning fee which includes linens.

These prices include sheets and towels. We ask that you leave the house neat and tidy, strip the sheets and pillowcases off of the beds before you leave and put the sheets and towels on the floor by the front door. If within 10 days, a week is still open during the summer, we will rent with a 3 night minimum. 1 dog is allowed at the Lazy Lookout with an additional flat fee of $50. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must ask permission to bring your dog when making your reservation. 50% down reserves your cottage. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. The balance is due thirty days before you arrive.
