This beautiful iconic building located in downtown Lexington, Michigan was built in 1882 and is still known as BR Noble. It is listed on the State Resister and is now fully renovated into a boutique suite where you can stay! Upstairs has a new fully equipped kitchen complete with a full stove, full refrigerator, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans. The beautiful king bedroom suite is complete with an armoire and tall mirror. The living room has a 50″ TV with Xfinity, free Wi-Fi-, couch, 2 chairs and a coffee table. It will have a new queen sleeper sofa due to arrive shortly from North Carolina (on back order due to the pandemic). The suite will then sleep up to 4. Remodeled full bathroom has a walk in shower. Huge windows provide a gorgeous view of Lake Huron as well as downtown Lexington. Pets are not allowed in this beautiful suite.
$200 per night with a 2 night minimum through June 24th and after Labor Day Weekend. Memorial Day Weekend, June 25th and later, July, August and Labor Day Weekend have a 3 night minimum. July 4th week, Fine Arts Street Fair and Labor Day Weekend are $225 per night. Linens are included. There is an additional $85.00 cleaning fee. No additional taxes or fees are added.
