Fantastic views of Lake Huron from just about every room in the house! This 2,150 sq.ft. house has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a sitting room and an absolutely gorgeous kitchen that comes with everything you need! The Lexington Resort is located just three houses off of the sandy beaches of Lake Huron. It was completely renovated in 2010 with an updated furnace, central air, new roof, new siding, new windows, on demand hot water and a Generac generator (entire house). Living room has Brazilian Hardwood floors which are absolutely gorgeous. 55″ TV, DVD player, free WI-FI, 2 couches and a large rug make this a comfortable seating area off the kitchen. There is another sitting area with full sleeper sofa which has a view of Lake Huron! The updated full equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, Lafata cabinets and a huge island with 5 cushioned high top chairs. Microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, mixer, blender, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, glasses and oh so much more! Open concept with the dining room, kitchen, living room and sitting room all being combined in to one huge room. Master bedroom has a king bed, a view of Lake Huron, walk in closet (has high chair, booster chair, sofa bed linens), dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, TV, DVD player, 2 night stands and an attached master bathroom. Enjoy sitting in the tub with your favorite beverage while reading a book. There is also a separate shower and large vanity.
Upstairs is a bonus room with a 40″ TV, DVD player, 2 couches and a closet with games and toys. Lots of room on the carpeted floor to have fun! Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a view of Lake Huron! There is a chest of drawers as well as a closet. Bedroom 3 has a full bed, chest of drawers and a closet. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, vanity and toilet.
Outside in the yard enjoy sitting under the covered patio. There is a sectional couch (not shown) and lounge chair. Enjoy sitting around the campfire at night. Wood can be purchased at local gas stations. Outdoor games like Corn Hole are available. We ask guests to make sure they are put away each night in the outdoor container. A new deck will be built in the spring off of the dining room so that you can enjoy looking at Lake Huron. There will also be a gas BBQ grill, patio table, umbrella and chairs for your relaxation. Note: there is no longer a hammock. We will update the outside pictures in the spring!
Lake Huron is right at the end of the road only 3 houses away!!! You have 4 beach accesses. One is at the end of the road, one more by turning right and two more beach accesses by turning left. These beach pictures were taken 6-27-2021 and 5-31-2022. Enjoy sitting on the bench, walking the sandy beach or swimming. Another option is the Lexington’s public beach in downtown Lexington where you can swim, walk the pier, grab some food at the Windjammer or eat some ice cream. There is playground equipment for the children to enjoy and well as restrooms.
$ 1825 per week beginning May 1 through 9/30 plus a $125 cleaning fee which includes linens. There is a 3 night minimum for Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend which is $300 per night. $200 per night including tax (2 night minimum) Jan, Feb, March and April plus a $125 cleaning fee which includes linens. $275 per night including tax May 1 through 9/30 plus a $125 cleaning fee which includes linens. 50% down secures your dates and rates. Balance is due thirty days before you arrive. If less than thirty days, the balance is due when making the reservation. During June, July and August, we rent by the week Friday to Friday. We will consider a three night minimum checking in on Fridays, Mondays or Tuesdays if the arrival is within 10 days. Thirty days notice is required for a cancellation. Credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the deposit less $30.00 for our cancellation fee. There is a cleaning fee of $125.00 which includes linens. Have a dog? Please ask Carol while making your reservation. The dog must stay off of the furniture including the beds, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional $50.00 flat fee to bring your dog. You will be responsible for any damage done to the house. The $50.00 does not cover any damages.
Quiet time is 11PM – 8AM. Please respect our neighbors! No fireworks. You must be 25 or older to rent the house. No parties or loud voices.
Smoking outside only!! Please put your butts in the trash can – not on the lawn. $200 charge for anyone smoking in any of our cottages
