The Harbor Mist Cottage in downtown Lexington has 4 bedrooms (1 king on the main floor). There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. One has a shower and the other bathroom has a tub/shower. Harbor Mist has central air and forced gas heating. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 queen and 1 bunk bed, 1 queen and 1 trundle). There is a half bathroom upstairs with a toilet and a sink. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, table, chairs, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, pantry and more. There is a dining room with a large long table and chairs. The living room has a 40″ flat screen TV with satellite, free WI-FI and comfortable furniture. Outside is a covered patio with outdoor furniture, tables and chairs. The yard has a fire pit and a gas BBQ grill. You are only 1 block from the beach, marina, quaint shops, ice cream, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, grocery store and a winery/brewery. Linens are included.
$ 1625 per week during the summer which includes a $150.00 cleaning fee. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend have a 3 night minimum at $260 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee. During the summer, if the cottage hasn’t been rented within 10 days of arrival time, then there is a 3 night minimum at $260 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee. 50% down secures your dates. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card. After Labor Day Weekend and up to Memorial Day Weekend, the nightly cost including tax is $225 per night including tax plus a $150 cleaning fee.
