The Lake Haven is a very spacious cottage with a large living room, central air, gas forced heat, a wood burning stove, free WI-FI, open concept dining room, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and 1 1/2 bathrooms on the main floor. On the main floor is two large bedrooms each with a queen bed and a large closet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Go up the stairs to the 3rd bedroom which has a full bed and canvas curtains for privacy. Outside is patio furniture, a fire pit with wood chairs and a gas BBQ grill. Linens are included.
Lake Huron is right at the end of the road only 3 houses away!!! You have 4 beach accesses. One is at the end of the road, two by turning right and one larger beach by turning left. These beach pictures were taken 6-27-2021 and 5-31-2022. Enjoy sitting on the bench, walking the sandy beach or swimming. Another option is the Lexington’s public beach in downtown Lexington where you can swim, walk the pier, grab some food at the Windjammer or eat some ice cream. There is playground equipment for the children to enjoy and well as restrooms.
$ 1000 per week including tax beginning June 24 through August 25th checking out by 11 AM plus $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. We rent Friday to Friday. You can also rent in late June, July and August with a 3 night minimum. $175 per night including tax plus the $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. Weekends are available January 1 up to May 23rd. $ 150 per night (2 night minimum). Memorial Day Weekend has a 3 night minimum at $175 per night including tax plus the $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. After Memorial Day Weekend through June 27, there is a 2 night minimum at $175 per night including tax plus the $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. Beginning August 26 through September 1, there is a 2 night minimum at $175 per night plus $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. Labor Day Weekend has a 3 night minimum @ $ 175 per night including tax plus the $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. Beginning September 5 through December 31, there is a 2 night minimum @ $150 per night plus the $100 cleaning fee which includes linens. Quiet time is 11PM – 8AM. Please respect our neighbors! Smoking outside only!! $200 charge for anyone smoking in any of our cottages. Please throw your butts in the outside trash can. Please put the trash can out on Sunday at the road. Thank you!
