Larry’s Lake house is a beautifully wooded waterfront retreat. The property is perfectly situated on over 4 acres of forested land with 125 feet of secluded beachfront for your family’s enjoyment. 6 bedrooms sleep 14 (king, king, king, queen, queen, full bed and 2 twins). City water and central air have now been installed. The 100+ year old stoned fireplace is beautiful to look at but not available for use. For safety reasons because of its age as well as the heat could damage the TV. Enjoy sitting on the swing overlooking Lake Huron or reading a book on the beach. Plenty of room for games, throwing a football, corn hole (that you provide) puzzles, books and watch the freighters or sailboats going by.
Larry’s Lakehouse just finished remodeling the entire main floor. The owners added 1000 square feet of space with 4 additional bedrooms on the main floor and a full bathroom, open kitchen/dining and a large living room perfect for game night or viewing your favorite movie!! Gorgeous new kitchen, all with a view over looking Lake Huron. Enjoy sitting on the large deck with table, chairs, huge yard and sandy beach. Upstairs is 2 king bedrooms and another full bathroom. The basement has a washer and dryer for your use. You provide the laundry detergent and dryer sheets.
