Larry’s Lake House is a beautifully wooded waterfront retreat. The property is perfectly situated on over 4 acres of forested land with 125 feet of secluded beachfront for your family’s enjoyment. Located 3 miles north of downtown Lexington just before the Lexington Park. Drive down the treed private road to your own beach house right on Lake Huron! The large living room has a stoned fireplace, TV, DVD player, games and has beautiful views of Lake Huron. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, bowls and more. Enjoy eating at the dining room table or go outside and eat on the deck facing the lake. There are 4 bedrooms (1 king with a dresser, TV, DVD player and a crib, 1 king and a dresser, 1 full with attached bathroom and 1 trundle which has 2 twins). There is also a queen air mattress in the closet. The main floor has a half bathroom with a toilet and sink. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a double sink and shower. Air conditioning is provided as well as heat. Like having fires? The wood burning fireplace can be used for those chilly nights. Or use the fire pit on the beach!
We do not supply sheets and towels. We do supply quilts and pillows. There is a $75 linen cost for us to provide sheets and towels.
$ 2400 per week beginning June 16 up to Labor Day Weekend. $400 per night (3 night minimum). Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekend have a 3 night minimum.
50% down secures your dates and rates. Balance is due thirty days before you arrive. If less than thirty days, the balance is due when making the reservation. During July and August, we prefer to rent by the week Friday to Friday. However, we will consider a 3 or 4 night stay. We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented. A credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the deposit less $30.00 for our cancellation fee. Quiet time is 11PM – 8AM. Please respect our neighbors! Smoking outside only!! $200 charge for anyone smoking in our cottages.
