This property comes with two houses on a gorgeous lot complete with a fire pit, the lake and a beach! The primary house sleeps 6 and the guest house sleeps 6 for a total of 12 people on the same property. Enjoy 100 feet of your own private beach! 1300 sq. ft. primary home has french doors on the beautiful deck over looking Lake Huron! It has central air in the primary house, cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, TV, free Wi-Fi, one bathroom in each house and a washer and dryer. Both houses are located on the same property 5.7 miles north of downtown Lexington. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of $50 per dog. They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks.
Primary House has a living room with a large TV above the gas fireplace mantel, Wi-F. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, dishwasher and more! Full bathroom with a a tub and 2 bedrooms. On the main floor is a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom, twin on top and a twin that pulls out and a bathroom with a vanity, toilet and shower. Upstairs is a large queen bedroom with a balcony overlooking the large treed yard. Birch Bluff house can sleep up to 6. A deck on the main floor has gorgeous views of Lake Huron, a fire pit and also faces Lake Huron!! There will be outdoor furniture as well.

| Guest House is on the same property which has a washer/dryer, microwave and a mini fridge on the main floor. Upstairs is a loft which has a full bed, 2 twins and a full futon which will sleep 6. There is a sitting area with a large couch, table, chairs, TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower located in the room with a door by the table and chairs. |

Pricing: $ 2800 per week including tax for the primary home plus a $225 cleaning fee beginning June 24 through August 26th checking out by 11 AM. We rent Friday to Friday. If the cottage hasn’t been rented within 10 days of arrival time, then there is a 3 night minimum @ $ 400 per night including tax plus a $225 cleaning fee. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend have a 3 night minimum. Beginning May 1 through June 23rd, there is a 3 night minimum at $400 per night including tax plus a $225 cleaning fee. Beginning August 27 through September 1, there is a 2 night minimum at $400 per night plus the $225 cleaning fee. Beginning September 6 through December 31, there is a 2 night minimum @ $400 per night plus the $225 cleaning fee.
Jan/Feb/Mar/Nov/Dec: $300 per night with a 2 night minimum plus the $225 cleaning/linen fee
April $350 per night with a 2 night minimum plus the $225 cleaning/linen fee
May/June/July/August/September/October: $400 per night plus the $225 cleaning/linen fee
Quiet time is 11PM – 8AM. Please respect our neighbors! Smoking outside only!! $200 charge for anyone smoking in any of our cottages. Please throw your butts in the outside in the trash.
Dogs are allowed. The dog must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. There is an additional $50 flat fee to bring the dog. You are responsible for any damage done to the property. You must ask permission to bring your dog at the time of the reservation.
