Lakefront and Lake View Cottage Rentals
Come and enjoy the gorgeous views of Lake Huron! A-1 Cottage Rentals has merged with MiCasa Stays to better serve you and give you more cottage choices! These cottages can sleep 1 to 18 people depending on the cottage. All cottages have fully equipped kitchens, living rooms with couches, chairs, TV, DVD player (some) and at least 1 full bathroom or more. Cottages have fans and/or air conditioning depending on the cottage as well as heat. cottages each have a BBQ grill, deck or patio with a table, chairs, private beach or access to a beach within a one to three minute walk.
Cottages have a 2 night minimum January through most of June and after Labor Day Weekend. During the summer we typically rent by the week Friday to Friday. We will consider a 3 night stay depending on the cottage. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend require a 3 night stay. Check “Availability” as it will show partial weeks open. Cottages are rented on a first come first serve basis. A cottage is not confirmed until a deposit has been received. A credit card receipt and confirmation will be emailed to you or mailed if you don’t have email. Pet friendly in some cottages. See “Availability” to find out which cottages allow or don’t allow pets. Permission is required in cottages to bring a dog. Dogs must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks before you arrive at the cottage. There is an additional $50.00 flat fee to bring a dog. Renters are responsible for all damages caused to the cottage in addition to the $50.00 flat fee.
We Accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card for the 50% deposit. Balance is due thirty days before check in and can be paid with a check or money order. Mail your check or money to:
