Lexington Lakefront has 150 feet of private beach and sleeps 18 people! 2 houses on 1 property each offer a full kitchen, living room with TV, full bathroom and Wi-fi. The main house has a gas fireplace and 4 bedrooms. The guest house has a washer and dryer, TV, full sleeper sofa and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 4 full beds, a toilet and a sink. The shed has extra outdoor chairs and a charcoal grill. Enjoy playing games in the large yard, sitting around the fire pit, outdoor table and the gorgeous views of Lake Huron! We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hot water and cleaning products.
MAIN HOUSE:
Has a screen in porch, fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, baking sheet and more. Living room has a new gas fireplace and a TV for your enjoyment. There is a full bathroom with a tub, 4 bedrooms (king master, 1 queen and 2 full beds), fans and a hot tub (currently receiving maintenance in the winter) in it’s own small building to the south of the main house.

GUEST HOUSE:
There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV, stereo and a full sleeper sofa. On the main floor is a full bathroom with tub/shower and has a washer and dryer. Upstairs is one large bedroom with 4 full beds and a sink. There is a toilet upstairs in a small room.

The Lexington Lakefront house and the Guest House are rented together for each reservation. The costs are as follows:
January, February, March, October, November and December have a 2 night minimum – $250 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee.
April – $300 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens has a 2 night minimum.
May – $500 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens has a 2 night minimum except for Memorial Day Weekend which has a 3 night minimum.
June – $700 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens has a 2 night minimum – or – $4650 per week including tax plus cleaning fee of $250 which includes linens.
July and August – $750 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens has a 3 night minimum – or – $5000 per week including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens. We rent Friday to Friday in July and August.
September – $550 per night including tax plus a $250 cleaning fee which includes linens has a 2 night minimum except for Labor Day Weekend which has a 3 night minimum. After Labor Day, there is a 2 night minimum.
